My story starts like this...

I love the Pacific Northwest! I was raised in Southern Oregon and moved to the Willamette Valley over 20 years ago after living and studying abroad in Mexico as an undergraduate exchange student.

I attended graduate school at Willamette University and the University of Oregon, and I currently live in Salem with my husband and 4 children.

I am active in my local community through volunteering in my children’s schools and at their sports events, as well as at food banks and local shelters.  As a family we love to spend time outdoors, especially at the Oregon coast.
